The registration fee is €150. Included in this fee:

-         Accommodation for the following nights: Thursday – Friday; Friday – Saturday; Saturday – Sunday

-         All meals and drinks

-         Conference Program

-         Social Program

If you would like to spend extra nights in the hostel, it is important to contact the hostel. If you did not contact the hostel about this yet, please send an e-mail to: zeeburg@stayokay.com.   

If you would like to join dinner on Sunday after Target X, please let us know. We will try to arrange a cheap dinner.

What to bring to the conference:

- Towels (are not provided by the hostel)

- Rain coat and warm clothes (please mind the cold and rainy weather in Amsterdam at the end of November!)

- Laptop, if you think you need one

- Camera

- White coat (Target X)

- Food and drinks (alcohol is allowed, though not in huge quantities!) from your own country for the cultural evening!

- Poster for the posterexposition (about a project you did that you would like to present)

- If you are giving a workshop or a speech during the plenary session, please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB-stick
